About Us

Born in 1941 in Sulchani, Haryana, into a family of farmers and merchants, he recognized the growing demand for iron and steel products at a young age. Driven by ambition and a desire to contribute to India's industrial growth, he left his hometown and journeyed through Kolkata before settling in Hyderabad in 1957 alongside his elder brother, Shri Prahalad Rai Agarwal.

Starting with the trading of iron and steel scrap, Shri Sajjan Kumar Agarwal, together with his father Shri Dhansingh Rai Agarwal and his brothers, laid the foundation for a respected steel business network in Hyderabad. Between 1962 and 1965, the family established several steel trading enterprises, including Duxin Bharati Bright Steels, Anil Steels, and Triveni Steels.

With a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service, he emerged as the leading MOU dealers associated with India's premier steel producers. Recognizing the evolving needs of the engineering and manufacturing sectors, he expanded into the manufacturing and supply of Bright Bars, Shaft Steel, and other specialized steel products.

Further strengthening the family's presence in the steel industry, he established Amita Steels and Ashish Steel Traders. While Amita Steels was later dissolved, Duxin Bharati Bright Steels and Ashish Steel Traders continued to grow and remain trusted names in the industry.

Shri Sajjan Kumar Agarwal was known not only for his business acumen but also for his humility, integrity, and ability to build lasting relationships. His reputation for trustworthiness and unwavering commitment to customers earned him the respect of industry peers, suppliers, employees, and customers alike.

Today, Duxin Bharati Bright Steels proudly carries forward his vision and values. More than six decades later, the company continues to serve industries across India while upholding the principles of quality, reliability, and customer commitment that defined his life's work.
